Papaya Turmeric Smoothie

Easy delicious anti-inflammatory goodness.

Smoothie recipe:

1 frozen banana

1/2 papaya

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger

Juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

Blend (I used my vitamix ) serve and enjoy!
