Pitaya strawberry smoothie

Haven’t posted a smoothie in a while but doesn’t mean I haven’t been making and eating them! 😊

These are a few pitaya strawberry smoothies shared with the fam. 💗 🍓 💗

Best way to celebrate wellness Wednesday


Strawberry #superfood smoothie ingredients:

1.5 frozen bananas

10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup #unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk

2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods pink #pitaya powder

1 tbsp white chia seeds


Blend (I used my @vitamix), decorate: this is decorated with dried orange flowers and more chia seeds.

Serve and enjoy!
