This wellness Wednesday bowl is filled with delicious plant based goodness to provide #energy , promote wellbeing , and infuse the gut with abundant #phytonutrients 

Kale and spinach #smoothie bowl ingredients:

1 cup macadamia almond milk

1 frozen banana

4 stalks kale (stems removed)

1 handful baby spinach

1 1/3 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp hemp seeds

3 dates

Instructions: blend (I used my vitamix )

Decorate (I topped with dried mulberries, cocoa nibs, bee pollen , dried mixed berries and flowers. Enjoy
