So here’s a little treat:
A kale and matcha smoothie bowl made with:
1 tsp matcha powder
1 frozen banana
3 stalks kale stems removed
3/4 cup almond hazelnut milk
Shelled hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and raw pistachios.
