Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies and milk: vegan chocolate chip cookies & plant-based milk that is... AND, of course, baby hands...

What’s better than that?

These are some of the easiest and YUMMIEST gluten-free vegan chocolate chip cookies we’ve made in a while. No joke.

🍪 ⭐️🍪

Here’s the full recipe- (this will make about 16 cookies give or take- depending on size and how much dough you manage to eat before they actually go into the oven 😳😁)

Ingredients:

2 cups (GF) oat flour

1 cup coconut sugar 🌴

1 tsp baking soda

Seeds scraped from one vanilla bean

2 generous pinch of Himalayan salt

1 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate baking chips

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp almond milk

2 tbsp coconut milk

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge for 1-2 hours

Preheat the oven to 160C (325 F) and once the dough is cold, form medium cookie sized balls, flatten a bit and place on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 12 minutes and let cool for at least 20.

Serve and enjoy! ❤️

I served these with homemade almond milk and EXTRA chocolate chips

And as usual- that’s my daughter’s little hand getting into the cookies before I actually get to photograph them. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤗🍪

FYI- the dough is pretty good too. And guess what? Since it’s vegan- you can eat it raw !!!!! I mean, HELLO COOKIE DOUGH!

Sweet love my friends. ❤️
