A Little Salty Peanutbuttery Berry Smoothie

Double the #smoothie bowl, double the fun.


I wasn’t sure if I was in the mood for something salty, or something sweet- but I knew it had to be healthy, filling and pretty... soooooo I made these smoothie bowls 👆🏻

And here’s the recipe 📝 (don’t knock it before you try it....it’s REALLY good ✨)


1 1/2 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, cranberries, blackberries, & blueberries)

1 handful baby spinach  

1 cup unsweetened rice milk

Probiotic powder (from 2 vegan capsules)

1/2 tsp powdered zinc

2 tbsp peanut butter (slightly salted/organic)


Blend in a high speed blender (I used my @vitamix )and decorate. These smoothies were decorated with coconut milk swirls, raw cacao nibs and pretty little flowers

Big statement alert: this MAY be one of my new favorite smoothie recipes. So good.
