Smoothie Bowls

These were some really summery fresh (weight- lossy) smoothie bowls I made the other day and thought they were good enough to post the recipe.
So if you like pineapple and health and good food, I’d recommend you to make these as soon as possible. 😊
Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup non dairy milk (almond or oat or rice)
* 1.5 Frozen bananas
* 2 handfuls Baby spinach
* 1 cup Pineapple chunks, either fresh or frozen
(That’s it! You can also add some hemp or flax seeds for extra nutrition if desired)
Instructions:
Blend, decorate and serve!
I decorated my bowl with some peanut butter sauce, @ambrosiae_theuberfood strawberry granola, walnuts and cacao butter chunks.
