Soba with veg

Sometimes you just need a huge bowl of rice (gluten free) noodles and sautéed veggies


Am I right?

This is some 100% black rice soba (brought back from America) served with sautéed:





Cauliflower (Cooked with extra virgin olive oil, chili flakes and a little bit of garlic)

To make the soba: just follow the package instructions. Then run Under cold water (before they get stuck together) and toss with a bit of extra Virgin olive oil and gf tamari or shoyu (totally optional?)

Plant based life: this is a simple, five minute meal: easy, healthy and satisfying. 🙌🏻
