Perfectly balanced summer smoothie (bowl)
I made a lot of smoothie bowls in quarantine. Green smoothies sort of became an integral part of my daily #wellness practice as my days took form and we passed the time locked in our home. Amongst many positive changes, one thing I perfected was my #quarantine #smoothie I know I posted the ingredients in my stories but here’s the recipe which I ultimately found to be the perfect balance of nutrients and flavor: 🌟
 Ingredients: 1 frozen banana  1/2 frozen zucchini  1 large handful spinach  1 tsp vegan collagen  1 sprig fresh mint  1 thumb sized piece ginger  1 orange  5 almonds  3/4 cup almond or oat milk  1 tbsp hemp or flax seeds  Blended in my vitamix and topped with: @ambrosiae_theuberfood cacao nibs and dehydrated coconut and blueberries. This smoothie can also be topped with any variation of dried or fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, and edible flowers. I love this smoothie for its fresh flavor, bright green color and abundant nutritional content.
