2019. New Year, New Things To Say

“The heart of most spiritual practices is simply this: Remember who you are. Remember what you love. Remember what is sacred. Remember what is true. Remember that you will die and that this day is a gift. Remember how you wish to live.”

-Wayne Muller

Last year was hard. This year isn’t going to be easy- but it’s going to be beautiful...it’s going to be worth it.

And so this is how I began the year (*see pic)👆🏻: in my favorite city in the world, doing exactly what I needed to be doing: remembering who I am, what I love, and what is sacred.

And it served me well...

So here is a reminder to you, my friends, for today or tomorrow or whenever it may serve you:

Remember who you are...even in the darkest of hours. Remember that you are the light and BE THE LIGHT. Remember that everything is temporary...and that each day is a chance to start anew. REMEMBER WHAT YOU LOVE and seek that. Remember what is true- and embrace it. Never forget to live each moment fully- even when that moment may be hard. Seek beauty, seek truth.

Have an incredible year- full of love and light and beauty and health, peace, clarity, and serenity.

Each day is a gift.

Be Grateful.
